At this weekends' PIAA District 3 Track & Field Championships, Carson Long athletes secured the following results:
Tawo Ewa '13, medalled in 2 events, Shot & Discus. Tawo took 6th in the Discus and 8th in the Shot Putt.
Chen Kuo Chung '12, finished 12th in the 400m.
Jeremy Armah '12, finished 15th in the 100m.

3/22 - Tennis opened the season with a loss to MifflinCounty HS in Lewistown, 0-7. Opening Home match against Juniata HS on 3/24
3/23 - Baseball fell to Bible baptist in it's opener at Alumni Field.
3/23 - Track lost both meets against West Perry and Big Spring HS but notable peformances from Jeremy Armah '12 taking 1st in both the 100m and 200m, Tawo Ewa '13 claiming 2nd place in the Shot Putt and the Discus.
3/27 - Tennis lost its Home opener to Juniata HS 1-6. Highlight of the day was Eric Kapusta '15 winning his match in straight sets.
3/27 - Track lost to both East Pennsboro and Bishop McDevitt. Highlights include Jeremy Armah '12, 2nd place in Long Jump (18'10") and You-Chan Shin '13, 2nd place in Discus (101'10")
3/29 - Track picked up their first win of the season over Harrisburg Christian, 88-28 in the Quad meet at Millersburg. Jeremy Armah '12, was 2nd in both Long Jump and 100m, and 3rd in the 200m. The 4x800m relay team of Tyler Rogers '12, Alex Haug '15, Chen-Kuo Chung '12 and Iliyas Ouzzaouit '12 scored 2nd place.
4/17 - After placing 8th then 9th at the Jim Thorpe and West Perry invitationals, Carson Long returned to Tri-Meet action at Susquenita. Notable performances by Tawo Ewa '13 to take 1st in the Shot Putt with a new school record of 44' 5". Jeremy Armah '12 took 2nd in the Long Jump and our 4x800 team of Tyler Rogers '12, Iliyas Ouzzaouit '12, Muhammed Habib ''14 and You Chan Shin '13 placed 2nd.
Currently 3 cadets have qualified for the PIAA District 3 meet at Shippensburg University. Jeremy Armah, '12 in the 100m and 200m, Tawo Ewa, '13 in the Shot Putt and Chen Kuo Chung in the 400m.
4/27 - Carson Long placed 11th out of 18 at the Pine Grove Invitational behind Tawo Ewa's '13, 3rd place in both Discus and Shot Putt, Jeremy Armah's, '12, 3rd in Long Jump. Aaron Skeete, '09, still holds the Meet and Stadium record for the 400m at 50.7s.
4/28 - Carson Long Track & Field turned around and travelled to the fairfield Invitational the very next morning and finished 8 out of 13. Jeremy Armah,'12, turned in an 11.6 in the 100 to take 2nd, a 19'14" in the Long Jump to take 3rd and took 5th in the 200m. Tawo Ewa, '13, took 3rd int he Shot Putt with a throw of 43'9". Also turning in PR's (Personal Records)

5/1 - At East Juniata, the Track team came a close 2nd to Upper Dauphin spured on by 2 School record throws by Tawo Ewa, '13. 45' in the Shot and 128' Discus.
Jeremy Armah, '12, took 1st in the 100m and Long Jump.
